日出而作，日落而息，千百年来人类遵循着古老的生存法则，在严酷的环境中努力生存。 广岛濑户内海的孤岛之上，生活着一对沉默的夫妇（乙羽信子 & 殿山泰司 饰）和他们两个活泼懂事的孩子（田中伸二 & 堀本正纪 饰）。因岛上没有淡水，夫妇俩每天清晨便要早起，摇橹至对面岛上挑水，一家的吃穿用行与农作物的灌溉全靠夫妇俩挑水维持。春去秋来，严寒酷暑，每一天都是崭新的开始，每一天都做着永远做不完的农活，喜怒哀乐，全部随着清水融进恒久沉默的大地…… 展开全部
