剧情介绍
在八十年代，健民制药厂的魏健民厂长没有正确权衡“利民霉素”的投产和“三废”的处理，造成了若干问题。这些问题包括妨碍了附近农业的发展，干扰了植物研究所的科研工作，以及给居民的健康带来了负面影响。当某报社的记者高立言发表一篇赞扬“利民霉素”的报道后，他接到了很多群众来信。高立言于是展开了深入调查，撰写了一篇批评健民制药厂的文章。因此，健民制药厂周围发生了一系列矛盾和冲突。魏厂长最终认识到了“三废”处理的问题和危害，并决定在生产过程中积极关注环境保护工作，以此解决问题。 展开全部
